You have to work

You have to work... you might as well get adorable photos and videos while you are away!

Full Review:
We have had recent changes in our family, that required us to need drop-in care for our two furry family members (Chauncey & Myles). The need was rather quick. We found PCP online, and with their excellent reviews gave them a call. They were responsive, communicated well and were very organized. After my phone meeting to explain my needs (which includes a rotating weekly schedule), learn more about the company and answer my questions, a meet and greet was scheduled. Things moved quickly because we needed services to start rather soon. Unfortunately, our youngest furry family member (who is highly reactive) did not get the memo and the sudden changes triggered his anxiety. The PCP sitters/walkers were patient and worked with us. They adjusted the routine to accommodate his needs. Now that my dog is better, they are able to enjoy their walks during the 20-min visit. While I work, I always look forward to the texts, visit updates, photos, videos after each visit. I absolutely love having consistent dog walkers (Celeste and Rachel are amazing!) and how this company communicates with the clients. The app is very user family, it’s easy to communicate, schedule/cancel visits and make payments. The prices are pretty reasonable for what we need which is reliable, quality services. PCP has made this transition for our family much easier!

The full review straight from Google:

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Peak City Puppy. Our pet sitter was amazing and attentive to every single detail. We received daily updates with pictures and descriptions of everything Barkley did, which gave us so much peace of mind.

They were incredibly understanding and compassionate when we had a medical emergency and ended up getting back into town later than planned. They truly went above and beyond in every way. We felt completely comforted knowing Barkley was in such loving hands with Stacy and her family. I cannot recommend Peak City Puppy enough—we will absolutely use them again!

We aren't for everyone, and that is intentional.
We’re for pet parents who want consistency, communication, and care that goes beyond the basics.

If that sounds like you... welcome!

We would prefer you DON'T hire us if...

1️⃣ “…you want the cheapest option.”

Because:
Your pet deserves professional care, not bargain-bin supervision.

2️⃣ “…you’re okay with rushed visits.”

Because:
We believe pets deserve presence.

3️⃣ “…you don’t want updates or photos.”

Because:
We treat communication as part of the service — not an add-on.

4️⃣ “…you think all pet sitters are the same.”

Because:
Training, experience, and consistency matter — especially when you’re not home.

5️⃣ “…you’re comfortable with last-minute cancellations without notice.”

Because:
Our sitters’ time is valuable, and we protect our team.

6️⃣ “…you want someone who just ‘pops in.’”

Because:
We’re building relationships, not doing drive-bys.

7️⃣ “…you don’t care who shows up.”

Because:
Your pet should know and trust the person walking through the door.

8️⃣ “…you’re looking for a one-time favor.”

Because:
We’re here for long-term care, reliability, and peace of mind.

9️⃣ “…you don’t think pets have personalities.”

Because:
We learn quirks, routines, and preferences - just like family.

πŸ”Ÿ “…you’re okay with ‘good enough.’”

Because:
We aim for exceptional, every visit.
